RHM Real Human Media · Greater Houston

Referrals built your business. They won't grow it.

I help high-ticket service businesses in Greater Houston turn real, human content into a lead generation system — so your pipeline stops depending on who happened to mention your name this month.

See How It Works

01 The Problem

You're great at the work. That's not the problem.

Feast or famine.

Busy season hides the problem. Slow season exposes it. You have no idea where next quarter's jobs are coming from — and no way to turn the faucet on when you need to.

You're the best-kept secret in your market.

Companies that do worse work than you are booking the jobs you should be winning — because they show up online and you don't.

You've spent money on marketing before.

A website that just sits there. Some boosted posts. Maybe an agency that sent reports you didn't read. You couldn't point to a single job any of it produced.

You don't have time to "make content."

You're running crews, quoting jobs, and handling callbacks. Filming yourself for the internet is the last thing on your list — and it shows.

None of this means you need more marketing. It means you need a system.

02 The Stance

Real humans close high-ticket jobs.

When someone hires you, they're letting you onto their property — sometimes into their home. They're not buying a logo or a slogan. They're deciding whether they trust you.

That's why I started Real Human Media in 2020 with one conviction: the most effective content shows real people being themselves. Not a polished spokesperson version of you. Not a template. You.

It's not a feel-good idea — it's a business advantage:

  • You attract the customers you actually want. People who respond to the real you are the ones who'll respect your prices, your process, and your time.
  • You repel the ones you don't. Bad-fit customers filter themselves out before they ever waste an estimate.
  • There's no trust gap at the front door. The person who shows up to the job is the person they saw online. That's where referral-level trust comes from — at scale.

And no — you don't have to be an actor. That's the entire point. The worst thing you could do on camera is perform. Your customers can smell a script. What they can't resist is someone who clearly knows their trade, talking about it the way they'd talk on a job site.

I use AI where it belongs — the busywork — so what your customers see is actually you.

03 What You Get

The Real Intelligence System: a system, not a pile of videos.

01

Strategy that starts with your numbers.

Before anything gets filmed, we figure out what actually moves your business — average job value, your best customer, where your leads go stale. Content gets built to fix that, not to pad vanity metrics.

02

Content built around what your customers respond to.

Sometimes that's a polished brand film. Sometimes it's you on a job site talking into a phone. We make what converts for your business — not a one-size package you have to grow into.

03

The machine behind the content.

Attention is wasted if leads die in your inbox. I connect your content to the systems that capture, nurture, and close — landing pages, follow-up sequences, the works — so a view becomes a call and a call becomes a booked job.

04 How It Works

Three steps. No mystery.

1

Book a call.

We talk about your business, your numbers, and whether this is a fit. No pitch deck, no pressure.

2

We build your system.

Strategy, content, and the backend that connects them — installed in your business over 90 days.

3

Your pipeline stops depending on luck.

Leads come in whether or not someone mentioned your name this week.

05 The Offer

The Real Intelligence Sprint

In 90 days, we go from "marketing we can't measure" to a working lead generation system: a clear strategy, a library of real, human content built for your business, and the funnels and follow-up that turn attention into booked jobs.

I'm Jonathan, founder of Real Human Media. I've spent over a decade making content professionally — feature film releases, activations for national brands like AT&T and Goodyear — and the lesson that stuck is simple: people buy from people they trust, whether it's a movie ticket or a new driveway. I live in Spring with my wife and kids, and I work with Houston-area businesses I can shake hands with. There's no account manager here and no handoff. The person who wrote this page is the person who answers the phone and shows up to your shoot (in case you weren't sure, that person is me).

08 FAQ

Straight answers for owners who've been burned before.

I've paid for marketing before and couldn't tell you what it did. How is this different?

Because we start with your numbers, not a content calendar. Before anything gets made, we define what a lead is worth to you and where they're dying today. Then everything — content, funnels, follow-up — gets built and measured against booked jobs. If you can't see what it's producing, it isn't working.

Do I really have to be on camera? I'm not an actor.

Good — actors are the problem. Your customers don't want a performance; they want to see the person they're letting onto their property. My job is to make being yourself on camera easy: I bring the questions, you talk about your work the way you would on a job site. The real you is the asset. (See: the name of my company.)

I don't have time to make content.

You don't make it. We film in concentrated production days — a day or two on your sites and in your shop — and that becomes months of content. Your time investment is showing up and doing your job while I work.

How is this different from just hiring a videographer?

A videographer hands you files. I build the system those files plug into — the strategy that decides what gets made, and the funnels, follow-up sequences, and nurture that turn a view into a call and a call into a booked job. Video without a backend is the most expensive way to get compliments.

What kind of content will I actually get?

Whatever converts for your business. Sometimes that's a polished brand film. Sometimes it's you explaining a repair on a phone camera. The mix is built around what your customers respond to — not a fixed package you have to grow into.

How fast will this work?

The system gets installed in 90 days. Some businesses book jobs from the first content that goes live; for others it builds over the first quarter. What I won't do is promise leads by Friday — anyone who does is planning to burn your ad budget proving it.

What does it cost?

It's priced against what a customer is worth to you, not per video. If your average job is $15K–$50K+, a system that reliably adds booked jobs pays for itself quickly — and that's the only math that matters. I'm not the cheapest option, and I'm not trying to be.
