The Sprint Real Human Media
In 90 days, stop guessing where your next job comes from.
The Real Intelligence Sprint installs a complete lead generation system in your business — strategy, real human content, and the funnels and follow-up that turn attention into booked jobs. One quarter from now, your pipeline stops depending on who happened to mention your name this month.
01 Who It's For
This is built for you if…
- Referrals got you here, but you have no way to turn the faucet on when you need work
- You've spent on marketing before and couldn't point to a single job it produced
- You're great at the work and tired of being the best-kept secret in your market
- Your jobs are worth enough that a few more a month changes your year
It's not for you if…
- You're shopping for the cheapest option
- You want "leads by Friday"
- You won't get on camera at all — the real you is the entire asset
02 The Problem
More marketing was never the answer. A system is.
A video here. Some boosted posts there. A website that just sits. Pieces sold to you one at a time, by people who handed you a file and walked away — none of them talking to each other, none measured against a booked job. The Sprint replaces the pile of parts with one machine, built around your numbers and pointed at one outcome: more booked jobs you can actually trace.
03 What's Inside
Three parts. One system. Built around your numbers.
Strategy that starts with your numbers.
Before anything gets filmed, we define what actually moves your business — average job value, your best customer, where leads go stale — and build everything to fix that, not to pad vanity metrics.
A library of real, human content.
Filmed in concentrated production days on your sites: the ads that book, the organic that compounds, and the answer-the-question videos that close — plus the photography that makes you look like the professional you are everywhere a prospect checks you out.
The machine behind the content.
The site that converts the attention, and the funnels, follow-up, email, and SMS that catch every lead and work it — so a view becomes a call and a call becomes a booked job. This is the part most video guys skip, and it's why their work fails.
04 The Plan
How the 90 days go.
Strategy & setup.
We dig into your numbers, define the offer and the ideal customer, and build the timeline.
Production.
One or two concentrated shoot days turn into months of content. Your job is to show up and do your work while I roll camera.
Build & launch.
Site, funnels, and follow-up wired together and turned on.
Live & measured.
Content goes live and we watch the numbers and adjust. I won't pretend I always get it perfect the first time. Iteration is built into the process.
05 The Investment
Priced against what a customer is worth — not per video.
The Sprint isn't priced per video or per post, because that's not how it makes you money. It's priced against what a booked job is worth to you. If your average job is $15K–$50K+, a system that reliably adds jobs pays for itself quickly — and that's the only math that matters. I'm not the cheapest option, and I'm not trying to be. We scope the exact investment on the call, once we both know your numbers.
06 The Guarantee
Skin in the game — on both sides.
Draft — pending final sign-off before launch
I stand behind the work, and I expect you to stand behind your side of it. If, by day 90, the system is live and you've held up your end — approving deliverables within 5 business days, maintaining a minimum ad budget of $1,000/month, and responding to inbound leads the same day — and it hasn't produced the amount of your initial investment in new work, I'll keep working for an additional 90 days at no additional charge.
07 Proof
Brand-level production experience, applied to your business.
"X booked jobs in the first 60 days."
"$XX,XXX project closed from one video."
Client result, in their words.
08 FAQ
Straight answers.
Why 90 days?
Because installing a real system — strategy, content, and the backend that connects them — takes more than a week and shouldn't take a year. Ninety days is enough to build it right and start measuring it; it's not a vague retainer that bills forever.
What do you actually need from me?
Your numbers, a day or two on camera doing your work, and quick turnaround on approvals. That's most of it. The system is the heavy lifting and that's mine.
What if I don't have an ad budget?
We'll talk about it on the call. Some of the system works organically; paid accelerates it. I won't build something you can't fuel.
Can't I just buy one piece instead?
Yes — see the service pages. A single video or a new site can help. The Sprint is where the pieces compound into a system you can actually rely on.
What does it cost?
It's scoped to your business and priced against what a job is worth to you, not per deliverable. My clients aren't one-size-fits-all and neither is my pricing.
09 Get Started
Ready to stop waiting on referrals?
Book a call. We'll talk numbers and whether the Sprint is a fit. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.
